Training and inspiration for the whole church…
Pre-Season training 2012 is open to everyone at St Hils to attend, and is required training for anyone serving in a leadership role in the following areas: Childrens, Youth, Young Adults, Small Groups and Sunday Services (including leaders, prayers and musicians).
Pre-Season Training will commence with a keynote session from our special guest Mr Michael Harvey.
Michael Harvey lives and works in the UK and is a founding team member of Back to Church Sunday. He has spoken to hundreds of churches across three continents. He is an inspiring, clear and funny presenter and we look forward to the practical tools he will give us to be a thriving, growing church in the year ahead.
Michael’s Session “Unlocking the Growth in our Church” will offer simple and effective ideas for inviting people to Christian events, inviting them back a second time and unlocking the growth potential of our ministries.

Igniting, motivating and inspiring us to work together
Equipping us with practical and simple tools
Changing our perceptions about what is possible with God
Identifying and overcoming fears and obstacles
Replacing ambivalence with enthusiasm

Reminding us what it means for God to give the growth
